Service Development Team

Our Service Development team ensures that all services are performed to meet the standards of the brand. They own the entire product/service from the stage of how the client finds us till how the client feels after the job is completed. Their functions involve active communication with internal and external peers in terms of service design; system improvements; profitability; franchise management and data analysis.

 

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in managing the full lifecycle of products and services, from initial concept through to market success. In this role, you will be responsible for not only launching new services but also ensuring that existing services continue to grow and deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced environment. You will be the key point of contact with our on-site partners, proactively identifying potential issues and communicating solutions to prevent negative outcomes.

Your responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Lead the end-to-end process of product and service development, from initial concept through to market launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs;
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and our on-site partners, maintaining open lines of communication to address challenges, share feedback, and ensure service excellence;
  • Proactively identify potential risks or issues in service delivery, communicating these effectively with partners and internal teams to implement timely solutions and prevent disruptions;
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for new services and enhancements to existing offerings, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition;
  • Manage a cross-functional team as operations and performance assistants to deliver on product development milestones;
  • Oversee all stages of product development, including ideation, design, testing, and launch, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met;
  • Monitor the performance of services post-launch, gathering and analyzing data to drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards in a dynamic environment;
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and franchisees, to ensure smooth product implementation and support.

What you need to join our team:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record in launching and managing services in a fast-paced environment;
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with on-site partners and internal teams;
  • Strong background in risk management and problem-solving, particularly in service-oriented industries;
  • Experience in the professional services industry, especially in cleaning and maintenance services, is highly advantageous;
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensuring successful outcomes;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions;
  • Experience working within a franchise model or multi-location business is preferred.
