Your responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Establish and optimize the company’s social media presence on key platforms like Facebook and Instagram, with a particular focus on engaging and supporting our corporate customers;
  • Maintain a deep understanding of each social media channel, optimizing content to ensure it resonates with and engages our target audience;
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to our corporate customers. This includes content distribution, sponsored content, competitive analysis, platform selection, benchmarking, audience profiling, and understanding their online behavior;
  • Analyze and interpret social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of the strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives;
  • Capture and leverage social data, metrics, and insights to refine audience targeting and enhance content distribution, particularly for our corporate audience;

What you need to join our team:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist;
  • Exceptional writing, and editing abilities across photo, video, and text formats. Strong presentation and communication skills;
  • Solid experience with social networking platforms and familiarity with social analytics tools;
  • Basic understanding of web design, web development, and SEO principles would be considered a plus;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of online marketing and major marketing channels;
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-focused, with excellent multitasking and organizational skills;
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations is an advantage.
