E-commerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce Specialist to spearhead the development and launch of our e-commerce platform. This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in e-commerce who is ready to take ownership of a new and pivotal project within our organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the online shopping experience for our customers, driving sales, and growing our digital presence.

Your responsibilities and duties will include:

• Conduct in-depth research to support project initiatives;
• Gather and analyze research findings and prepare comprehensive reports;
• Develop project goals and oversee the successful delivery of all project deliverables;
• Monitor and supervise daily project tasks, implementing procedures and methods across the organization;
• Ensure successful project implementations in various functions, such as SX, Marketing, and Sales;
• Prepare Project Charts and Gantt charts to outline project timelines and milestones;
• Conduct regular project meetings, track project progress, and analyze project data;
• Ensure project commitment to quality and optimal utilization of tools;
• Build and maintain strong relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication;
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members and system owners to accomplish project tasks and provide regular project updates;
• Develop and implement continuous improvement processes and methods for various projects;
• Uphold task programs and strategies, ensuring they adhere to the provided timelines.
